1. Shipping Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- All orders are typically processed for fulfillment within 1-3 business days of being placed. Then the order is shipped which we will notify you via email with tracking information.
- Please note that during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing times may be longer. We’ll inform you if there are any delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options for U.S. and international customers:
U.S. Domestic Shipping:
- Regular Shipping (USPS): Delivery within 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping (USPS Priority): Delivery within 2-3 business days
International Shipping:
- Zone 1 (Canada): Delivery within 3-5 business days via FedEx
- Zone 2 (Europe): Delivery within 3-5 business days via FedEx
- Countries include: France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, United Kingdom**, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Sweden.
- Zone 3 (Asia-Pacific): Delivery within 3-5 business days via FedEx
- Countries include: Australia, Indonesia, Macau, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea.
Note for International Orders: Delivery times may vary depending on the customs-clearing process in your country. Please be aware that customs delays are beyond our control, and may cause the shipment to take longer than expected.
3. Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 within the U.S. (Before taxes and shipping fees).
- To qualify for free shipping, the total value of your order must meet the minimum threshold at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s progress. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
5. Shipping Locations
We ship to the continental U.S. and select international destinations, including Canada, Europe, and parts of the Asia-Pacific region. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply based on their country’s regulations. Delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on location and customs processing.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there’s an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately so we can help make corrections before shipment.
7. Shipping Delays
While we work with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues. If your package is delayed, we will track it and update you as soon as we have more information.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with a replacement or refund. We carefully package all products to prevent damage during shipping, but if an issue arises, we’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.
